tuesdays 9.30 am - 11.15 am axis syllabus - dynamic anatomy/ Gracia wednesday 7.30 pm - 9.30 pm contact improvisation/ Shotwell Studios + 1hr open dancing till 10.30 !!! thursdays 9.30 am - 11.15 am axis syllabus - undulation lab/ Gracia friday 9.30 am - 11.30 am axis syllabus - challengelicious/ Gracia mastering the basics - focus on fundamental elements such as walking, falling and ramping patterns - for beginners and for everybody to begin the week with fine-tuning and revisiting old friends like the c-star or your first step. dynamic anatomy - theoretical discourse - functional application - biomechanics - tensegrity - multidimensional geometry - somatic partner explorations - slow motion towards full momentum - all levels contact improvisation - taking AS principles into improvisation and contact - preparation for healthy and enjoyable jamming - class leads into one hour open dancing - integrating scores and states as a source for ensemble improvisation challengelicious - this will be a faster class, less breaking down, more aerobic, more jumping, falling and creative infiltrations
